In the early-mid 80s I worked at the Walgreens at Halsted & Diversey as a stock boy/ cashier person. One of the things I had to do was let “the Dearborn guy” in the back when he came to deliver our food order a couple times a week. Dearborn was a wholesale grocer– we’d get bread, canned goods, and other stuff from them. You had to be a grocer to order from them. Was walking by their place on Milwaukee near California– it just closed.
