So I went on a business trip to LA last week and I sat in on a sort of side meeting that I didn’t have to lead and didn’t really have anything to do with. I had a mix of things going on: the mild disorientation of a cross-country fly-in trip, the new-to-me topography of LA, and the tertiary nature of my participation in the meeting.
All of this, and especially the topography, led me to stare out the window at the most beautiful hillside cemetary I’ve ever seen: Holy Cross Cemetary of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in Culver City.
