In Case You Were Wondering About the Suspicious Vehicle on Connecticut Avenue

Here's the three alerts I received from AlertDC, the excellent text alert system maintained by the City of Washington, DC.

MPD and Metro called to report that the incident involving the suspicious vehicle located at 3220 Connecticut Ave NW. is all clear. The Cleveland Park station and all streets are open.

Conn. Ave is closed from Porter St. to Cathedral Ave NW. East bound Conn.Ave is open east bound to Cathedral Ave. West bound Conn.Ave is closed. Metro reports the Cleveland Park station is closed for pick up and discharge of passengers.
