I have a meeting in Longmont, CO tomorrow and, as is my wont, I arrived early the day before to see what’s up in a new place.
I am at the Hampton Inn, which may sound inauspicious at first, on the main drag in to town and down a bit from the greenway. Nature drives things.
I popped over to the Longmont Museum , a fun little place made mainly for kids and presenting the usual local assortment— an astronaut who merited a moon rock donation.
On the way there, I encountered the funnest little doods.
Then back down the main road, which slopes down to a water source then back up into a downtown. This is a familiar pattern in America, and I see it a lot on the Fox River, in places like Batavia.
