Building Attribute Report Internal | A report showing all buildings using building attributes to search. This is a report for querying for specific attributes in buildings. It is NOT NEEDED because it has no date range delimiter and we can get the “new” info out of it via the Building Permit lookup. |
Building and Land Summary Report Internal | A summary report of residential buildings and land. This report may be a back-door real estate sales report, but it does not have a date demlimiter. I think we can get “real estate transfers” in a cleaner fashion from the Tax Department. It does, however, have photos of each parcel, which is cool |

This Report only matches Marriage Records to Property Records where the Name of the Bride or the Name of the Groom is similar to the Name of a Current Property Owner. Since the match is made using names, the result may show “candidate” matches that are not the same people. |
Deceased Records Internal | This Report allows the user to search for Death Records (using deceased name) by Location (using an approximate match to a current property owner name). This Report only matches Death Records to Property Records where the Name of the Deceased is similar to the Name of a Current Property Owner. Since the match is made using names, the result may show “candidate” matches that are not the same people. |
