Marshall Park Cement Pond Cleaning

Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation has not been able to clean the cement pond at Marshall Park, 300 S. McDowell St., or refresh the water because of water restrictions related to the drought.  Last week they were issued a variance permit that allows us them proceed with draining and cleaning the pond this week and we will refill with fresh water on Friday.
