Lenox Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 21 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 116 West 116th Street in the Harlem section of Manhattan. These are one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. This building is being constructed through the Cornerstone Affordable Housing Program of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New Housing Opportunity Program (New HOP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
