Bill No. 080622:  “An Ordinance amending Title 9 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Regulation Of Businesses, Trades And Professions,’ by adding a new Chapter regulating the erection, use and inspection of tower cranes, all under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080623:  “An Ordinance amending Section 11-611 of The Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Sidewalk and Roadway Lane Closures,’ by amending the provisions regulating the application for and issuance of permits for the temporary closure of a sidewalk or roadway lane, including adding new conditions to such permits, providing for building permit revocation and stop work orders for violations, by clarifying that such permits are issued by the Streets Department, and by making certain technical amendments, all under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080627:  “An Ordinance amending Section 19-203 of The
Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Payroll Deductions,’ to add the
Correctional Peace Officers Foundation to the list of designated payees
to whom an employee may direct payroll deductions; all under certain
terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080628:  “An Ordinance authorizing the grant to the City of
two rights-of-way for municipal and public utility purposes within an
area bounded by Market Street, former Thirty-second Street, Chestnut
Street, and Thirty-third Street; and authorizing the revision of lines
and grades on a portion of City Plan No. 42 by placing on the City Plan
the two rights-of-way and striking and abandoning portions of two
existing rights-of-way for municipal and public utility purposes within
the same area; all under certain terms and conditions.”

(Bill No. 060730) approved November 16, 2006, entitled ‘An Ordinance
Authorizing and directing the revision of lines and grades on a portion
of City Plan No. 278 by placing on the City Plan Delaware Avenue from
Hellerman Street to Magee Avenue and by placing Magee Avenue from
Delaware Avenue to New State Road, under certain terms and conditions,
including the dedication to the City, free and clear of all

placed under authority of this Ordinance and also the dedication to the
City, free and clear of all encumbrances, of a portion of the bed of

Bill No. 080630:  “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 197 by placing on the City Plan an
extension of Ontario Street from its existing terminus at the
northwesterly side of the right-of-way of the Philadelphia Belt Line
Railroad southeastwardly to Delaware Avenue; the dedication of the bed
of the extended portion of Ontario Street to the City; and the striking
from the City Plan of a certain right-of-way reserved for drainage
purposes laying within the lines of the proposed extension of Ontario
Street; all under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080631:  “An Ordinance authorizing the grant to the City of
right-of-way for gas main purposes within the lines of former Stevenson
Street, southeast of Frankford Avenue, and the a revision of lines an
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 323 by placing on the City Plan
the right-of-way, under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080632:  “An Ordinance to amend the Philadelphia Zoning Maps
by changing the zoning designations of certain areas of land located
within an area bounded by Thompson Street, Juniata Street, Salmon
Street, Berkshire Street, Richmond Street, and the Betsy Ross Bridge
Approach.”

Bill No. 080633:  “An Ordinance authorizing the paving of Ontario
Street from the northwesterly side of the right-of-way of the
Philadelphia Beltline Railroad to Delaware Avenue, under certain terms
and conditions.”

Bill No. 080634:  “An Ordinance further amending Bill No. 070368,
entitled ‘An Ordinance approving the Fiscal Year 2008 Capital Budget
providing for expenditures for the capital purposes of the Philadelphia
Gas Works (including the supplying of funds in connection therewith)
subject to certain constraints and conditions, and acknowledging
receipt of the Forecast of Capital Budgets for Fiscal Years 2009
through 2013’, as previously amended by Bill No. 080076, by approving a
further revised Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2008.”

Bill No. 080635:  “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 34-S, in the area south of Oregon
Avenue and west of Christopher Columbus Boulevard, by striking from the
City Plan and abandoning a portion of a right-of-way for drainage
purposes reserved within the lines of former Bigler Street and placing
on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage purposes in an alternate
location laying north of former Bigler Street, and authorizing
acceptance of the grant of such right-of-way to the City, all under
certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080636:  “An Ordinance authorizing the Philadelphia Authority
for Industrial Development, notwithstanding any contrary requirements
of the Philadelphia Industrial and Commercial Development Agreement
between the City, the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation
and PAID, to convey fee simple title to a certain property located in
the vicinity of Sixty-first Street and Eastwick Avenue to the
Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, for a total consideration of One
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), under certain terms and
conditions.”

Bill No. 080637:  “An Ordinance authorizing and directing the revision
of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan Nos. 34-S and 41-S by
striking from the City Plan and vacating the legally open portions of
Packer Avenue from Christopher Columbus Boulevard to the Pierhead Line
of the Delaware River and by reserving and placing on the City Plan a
right-of-way for drainage purposes, water main purposes, and public
utility purposes within the lines of Packer Avenue being stricken from
the City Plan, all under certain terms and conditions.”

grades on a portion of City Plan No. 204 by striking from the City Plan
the northeasterly twenty feet wide portion of Clearview Street from
Johnson Street to a dead end approximately sixty-four feet southeast of
Brinton Street, and relocating the curblines of such portion of
Clearview Street to establish a twenty feet wide cartway and ten feet
wide footway areas on either side of the street, under certain terms
and conditions.”

Bill No. 080641:  “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 128 by striking from the City Plan
and vacating Eighteenth Street from Cambria Street to Indiana Avenue
and reserving and placing on the City Plan a right-of-way for drainage
purposes and water main purposes within the lines of Eighteenth Street
being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080642:  “An Ordinance amending Chapter 19-2600 of The
Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Business Privilege Taxes,’ by amending
Section 19-2602 thereof, entitled ‘Licenses,’ to add a new subsection
requiring licensees operating a food service establishment to cooperate
in the reporting and investigation of violent crimes in or near the
establishment, under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080643:  “An Ordinance amending Section 2 of an Ordinance
(Bill No. 040569) approved July 1, 2004, entitled ‘An Ordinance
authorizing the revision of lines and grades on a portion of City Plan
No. 205 in the vicinity of Fairhill Street and Annsbury Street, under
certain terms and conditions,’ by extending the period for compliance
with the terms and conditions stated therein.”

and abandoning a certain right-of-way for drainage purposes which

by adding a new section prohibiting the use of a hand-held mobile
telephone by a person operating a motor vehicle or other vehicle on a
City street, under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080646:  “An Ordinance providing for the submission to the
qualified electors of The City of Philadelphia of the proposal set
forth in a Resolution approved by Council proposing an amendment of the
Philadelphia Home Rule Charter relating to Councilmembers elected at
large, including the number of such members who shall serve on Council,
the number of candidates for Councilmember at large each party or other
political body is permitted to nominate, and the number of
Councilmembers at large for which each elector has the right to vote,
and authorizing the appropriate officers to publish notice and to make
arrangements for the special election.”

Certain Purposes Prohibited,’ to prohibit the standing or parking on
the roadway of watercraft trailers or watercraft for the purpose of
display for sale or for commercial washing, greasing or repair, by
amending Section 12-2405, entitled ‘Removal or Immobilization of Parked
Vehicles; Notice,’ to provide for towing for certain violations, and by
amending Section 12-2809, entitled ‘Civil Penalties and Costs,’ to

Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Passyunk Avenue Special District
Controls,’ by adding telemarketing as a prohibited use, all under
certain terms and conditions.”

Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Towing,’ by amending the requirements
required for Towing From Private Lots, Private Property and Driveways,
all under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080651:  “An Ordinance amending Section 12-918 of The
Philadelphia Code, entitled ‘Parking for Car Sharing Organizations,’ by
adding locations, all under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080652:  “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 63 by striking from the City Plan
and abandoning a right-of-way reserved for gas main purposes within the
lines of former Seventeenth Street from the intersection of Wood Street
and Seventeenth Street to Franklintown Boulevard, under certain terms
and conditions.”

Bill No. 080653:  “An Ordinance authorizing the revision of lines and
grades on a portion of City Plan No. 58 by placing on the City Plan an
extension of Mount Vernon Street from its existing terminus west of
Percy Street westwardly to Tenth Street; by striking from the City Plan
a certain right-of-way reserved for drainage and utility purposes
laying within the lines of the proposed extension of Mount Vernon
Street; and authorizing dedication to the City of the bed of the

9-205 relating to Sidewalk Sales, by prohibiting street and sidewalk
vending on certain portions of Spring Garden Street.”

grades on a portion of City Plan No. 308 by striking from the City Plan
and vacating Moravian Street from Nineteenth Street to Twentieth Street
and reserving and placing on the City Plan two rights-of-way for
drainage and utility purposes within the lines of portions of Moravian
Street being stricken, under certain terms and conditions.”

Bill No. 080656:  “An Ordinance amending The Philadelphia Code relating
to ‘Educational Housing Districts,’ by amending Chapter 10-1800
(‘Vicarious Liability for Student Conduct’), and Chapter 9-2400

commercial publications from publishing or distributing any

all under certain terms and conditions.”
